What are the restrictions on attending cultural and entertainment events?\nA: The conduct of cultural and entertainment events (festivals, cinemas, theaters, circus performances, stage events, concerts, museums, galleries, libraries, classes in dance, creative and musical arts) is allowed when using no more than 50% of the capacity of the premises, observance of a physical distance of at least 1.5 m., wearing protective face masks and use only on seats (for concerts, festivals, theaters, circus performances and other stage events).<\/h6><h6 dir=\"auto\">Q17. What personal protective equipment is permissible to use for protection against COVID-19?<\/h6><h6 dir=\"auto\">A: All persons, when they are in closed public premises, as well as in open public places, where there is a concentration of people and impossibility to observe a physical distance of 1.5 m, are obliged to have a protective single use or reusable face mask, covering the nose and the mouth.<\/h6><h6 dir=\"auto\">It is not allowed to replace the protective face mask with a scarf, bandana, scarf-collar, etc.<\/h6><h6 class=\"o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql
